Located on the Southwest side of Madison, Wisconsin, Windsor Condominiums of Park Ridge has been a presence since it was built in the early 1980's. Today, Windsor Condominiums is home to a diverse population of retirees, young families, single individuals, and several different nationalities.
This website is geared toward condominium owners, to share information and provide a clearinghouse for important documents that may be needed. New owners are welcome to register for access to the owners-only sections of the website.

Trash & Recycling Containers
Trash & Recycling containers must be removed from the curb after within 24-hours of collection and stored inside the unit garage. Units with containers left on the street after this time are subject to fines. Unlabeled containers may be removed from the property without further notice.
